While my main approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I also draw from other effective therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to tailor our
sessions to your unique needs, integrating proven techniques to help you thrive. I understand how overwhelming it can be to be scrolling through all these profiles looking for the individual you feel you might just be able to connect with.
