Our clinic regularly hosts unique 6-week group therapy series—held once a week from 7:30–9:10 PM in our calming relaxation lounge. These sessions are intentionally small (around 8 participants) and co-facilitated by two experienced counsellors.
Unlike typical group therapy, ours is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and a little indulgent—more like an intimate evening tea than a clinical session. We serve beautifully prepared snacks, virgin cocktails, and on the final night, you might even find a caviar tower. It’s a space to connect, reflect, and grow—comfortably. Come join the tea party!
